: Nice views from all hotel areas. Daily Yoga and other activities free of charge, Yoga with a beautiful view over the pool area and with sea view, friendly trainers. Breakfast options ok, Restaurant by the pool with very good food (Lunch & Dinner) and friendly and accommodating staff. Pool area nice but lack of sunbeds and umbrellas. Room good size and with nice balconies.
: Room was not properly cleaned when we arrived and during entire stay - dirty sheets & pillows, several bugs, trash not emptied. Staff at the reception didnt seem to be bothered too much and it took hours to exchange the dirty sheets. However, they gave a complementary bottle of Cava after raising awareness of the situation several times. Horrible drain smell every time after using the shower during our stay. Staff at the restaurants and bar (except the one by the pool) not very friendly and unprofessional. Very basic quality of drinks. Both service and quality for price not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Pool area was missing sun-beds and umbrellas. On our last day when sitting at the restaurant by the pool, one of the umbrellas was swapped by a sudden gust of wind and the wodden umbrella holder hit one of us. In general safety not up to date, slippery walking areas and steps to the pool, broken drain covers etc. As most of the guests booked all inclusive option, prices of drinks at the pool for non inclusive booking above average in the area (5 EUR for a beer served in plastic cups, 3 EUR for small can of still water).
