: Personnel was not welcoming. I came at 19:30 and they were close at 19:00 they did not try to find a solution, they have just told me "bye-bye". Because I have written twice to the property earlier, indicating my arrival time, and never have got a response (electronic messages are available), I kindly ask "booking.com" to return my money back

: It was absolutely an awful hotel Ive ever been in my life for many years of traveling because of the working staff in the person of receptionist (do not remember his name, was working at the evening of 04.01.20 and morning of 05.01.20).Usually do not write negative reviews, but this case is an exception.The receptionist is the rudest and not client-oriented person at all. Due to him all the good remarks seem to be paid to have such a rate.I needed more time to check-out and he did not give this opportunity in a very rude form and I had to go out in the street to finish packing my luggage and even did not wearing normally in a minus temperature, because HE PROHIBITED TO STAY EVEN FOR A MINUTE IN FRONT OF THE RECEPTION (it was 11:03-11:05 and check-out is at 11:00), explaining that he is just a worker and these are the rules.If you do not want to have a stress, ruined mood and nerves :(, please check any other place to stay in.I hope a guest house owner will see this review and will take it into further consideration.

: The mini-fridge in hallway was new -so it was clean. That was the only good thing about the whole experience. TV in room was old - looks like from 80-s and only 2 channels - reminded me of my childhood. :))
: It was the worst hostel i have ever stayed in. Everything in hostel is as cheap as possible, even in shower they didnt invest in normal shower-head, instead they used the toilet-bidet :) (see my photo). All of the interior is old stuff- im sure the owner got it free from salvation army or city dump :) There is a empty parkinglot inside the property, but the guy who works there, dont allow customers to use it, even for picking up the luggage, so you have to find a parking spot on near-by street, and carry your stuff from there. Be careful not to get the parking ticket! They ask for additional 50eur deposit. Be careful not to be late in check-out, this guy will charge additional full price, if you are not out by 11...
