  : I was impressed by the breakfast. Even with my personal dietary restrictions (no gluten or dairy), I had choices. I had fried eggs, salad, cucumbers and would have had the option of having bacon, had I come earlier. The bacon was all gone by 9.40. I understood, that tea and coffee was available free of charge at all times. Quiet location in the region of private houses. The room was actually kind of cute and cosy, despite being just a container in the yard, but the filthiness and lack of actual privacy (the door, the windows) overshadowed that. Having a bathtub was a nice perk, the boiler could do almost one bathtime worth of hot water, but barely.
  : So, so, so dirty! I would definitely have given higher points, even with the questionable wiring and strange bath-shower situation, see-through door and tap where literal boiling hot water comes out of, but I cannot with the absolute dirtiness. Thick dust on surfaces, gross dried urine stains (lots of them) on the toilet, people's hair everywhere etc. I sincerely doubt anyone had cleaned the room for ages. The sheets were old and rugged, but at least seemed clean. Another thing that made me wonder - the only worker there seemed to be an Ukrainian lady, who was in charge of EVERYTHING: breakfast, cleaning and washing, admin work... So I really got the feeling this place is taking advantage of the lady and not hiring enough people, that would be needed to take care of the place.

  : Location was good for me , I could park my car very close to the facility
  : It could have been more clean. I didnt meet any of the staff although I went to the reception many times. So I had to leave without paying. Of course I received message about that soon after I left and then I was able to pay afterwards. But it would have saved me time if I would have had the chance to pay on spot. The garden was very muddy and there was was some trash on the ground

  : Good location, good breakfast! Tidy and safe! Superb value for money for family of 4. Kids lived the pool table on the ground floor.
  : Our room on the top floor was very spacious, yet seemed a bit crowded with furniture, lamps etc. Top floor with open wooden cross bars not for addults taller than 180cm. A bit strange setup of bathroom under sloped ceiling.

  : Very nice room and beds were comfy. Breakfast completely enough with a lot of choices. Spent a nice evening as the hotel has a billiard and piano. Kids enjoyed the evening.
