  : The apartment itself was adequate. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had good water pressure.The location was within easy walking distance to the old town, to the ferry terminal, and to the new Roterman City district which is undergoing urban renewal with some quite stunning architectural marrying of the new and the old.
  : For us, the management of the apartment was very poor. It is very important, particularly when you are arriving in a new town or city, that you have received full instructions as to the location of your accommodation and all access codes BEFORE you arrive. Despite my requesting this information the day prior, I received no response. When I tried to contact them again on arrival, I finally got a response saying they would not provide me any details until I had sent them a copy of my photo ID. However, as I pointed our, I had previously sent them I copy of my photo ID, and they had acknowledged receipt. Such poor management on their part should not become my problem, but it did. Similarly, when I messaged them on entry to the apartment that it was extremely hot and stuffy, they again were quite tardy in providing any response. Just not good enough.As a result, I could not recommend a stay here.

  : I liked the location.
  : Our master bedroom mattress was broken and I tried to get in touch with the company 5 times via phone and with many messages. At last I got in thouch with the company, and some guy came only to confirm that mattress is broken. The mattress was not fixed while our stay (3 days). Also it was not compensated in any way. I would not rent myself a house with broken bed. I can not recommend this place to anyone!

  : The apartment is super nice and in a fantastic location. Check in instructions were easy to follow. I'd recommend for a quick business or leisure trip to Tallinn.
  : The washing machine didn't work (I have a similar at home and I know for a fact this one is faulty or needs some adjustment). So I had to wash dishes by hand. Also, there's a construction in the apt next door and in my first morning there, the drilling started right after 8:00am. As per Estonian law, this is allowed- but I think it would be kind for the host to inform that there's a construction happening. I came from a long haul flight and needed a tiny more sleep which unfortunately I couldn't have due to the unbearable noise.

  : The apartments are really spacious. We arrived later at the evening and a couple came to bring us our keys personally, they were really friendly.The sauna in some of the apartments were areal treat. The apartments are close to the city, a shopping center just around the corner.The checkout also was very convienient.(I had 2 bookings for our group - so the reviews are identical)
  : Some of the furnitures need an update ans kitchen equipment is tide, there was not one pot big enough for a package of pasta.

  : Never got inside and either my money back, because there is apparently an age restriction. Beware, because the money will go waste if youre under 25. Very bad service also, they just ignored my questions.
