Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Very good location beside creative city and 15 minutes walk to Old Town. Aesthetic is pared back and very chic. There's a laundry room. Containers were tiny but really well laid out, so cosy for one. It's probably very tight with two. They're making a real effort with sustainability.
  : I wasn't aware that hotel is unstaffed after 6pm. Guests self check-in in an unheated, partially lit and empty reception area. It was a very uninviting first impression. I had difficulty managing self check-in as the system required details of my companion to complete. I couldn't find an option to edit the number of guests. I called the phone number given, and an employee did arrive and help me to finish checking in. Generally I found the communal areas very grim in the evenings. Bar/cafe is closed and there's poor lighting and no heating. It didn't feel very secure or welcoming and also there's no way to lock the room from inside. In fairness to the hotel I am not the target demographic, but I would not stay again.
