  : Attidute of the staff. During our stay, another guest took a personal item(glasses) of ours from the spa area. We went to the administration/reception to kindly ask for asistance and explain the value of the missing item. The response from the staff was under any critique-unpolite and a imitation of some actions. We went several times to check and ask for some updates, they're attitude didn't change and we had to repeat several times what has happened. We did not get the impression that they have understood the situation or taken notice of it, or that they would care about it. The remarks from the staff were inappropriate- they can't call the police, they can't call the rooms, they can't check CCTV, it is our fault that the situation happened, they will ship the glasses once they are found(not taking into account that we mentioned several times that without glasses it is impossible to drive or see). We had the impression that the guest is not number one priority, that there is no mechanism for a crisis situation and the understanding of the importance of the situation is below zero. After the checkout - there is still no response nor positive nor negative. We called to the hotels reception for some update an hour after we left, since then no contact- no via phone nor e-mail. Also, upon arrival there was a long que for the Check-in, long lines for breakfast and an overcrouded spa area. There was no Hotel staff at the spa area to insure safety(for example, at the pool if someone gets injured)We would suggest to work out a strategy -practical and proactive steps in case of an similar situation and work on the policy "the guest is the priority". Also to work towards the attitude of the staff(maybe take some courses). This was the first time we encountered such an unpolite and disinterested attitude from the personel of the hotel.

  : Too many noisy children in the spa pools when we wanted to use it. Could offer an adult-only time in the evenings.Reception staff were unable to provide any information about public transport times or fares when we inquired.More information about access to the beach could have been provided on the listing and at the hotel. Beach proximity was criterion for selection.

  : Nice large and quiet Admiral suite room. Good view from the windows. Clean. Breakfast ok.
  : Bathroom smells of a diesel fuel in Admiral suite (very strange). Sheets for sofa bed (extra bed) were small, not covering the matrasse. Curtains on windows were letting sunlight in in the morning.
