  : It was a large bathroom with an extremely cheap shower. With a shower curtain. So the entire bathroom was wet when you showered . Could be better. Like a bath or walk-in shower with wallsSpa is expensive. We didn't use it for the few days we were there it was a waste of money.When we unrolled the roll curtain at the window, it showed dead spiders... That was quite horror

  : The Comwell is a 5 star but it doesn't really feel like it in the room. The facilities are very limited. Maybe it depends on what you're used to. The location is beautiful, you are in the middle of nature just next to a beautiful bay which you can directly walk to from the hotel.

  : Where do I begin? The beds are uncomfortable; the bathrooms are old; and no fridge in the room. They ask you to sign up for breakfast but then nobody checks your room number in the restaurant, so the whole thing is meaningless. Then, the breakfast is poor quality and not many options are available. For example, the scrambled egg was old and no option to have a cappuccino.Lastly, nobody asked at check out if we even enjoyed the stay - the staff didnt care.

  : The breakfast is really elaborate and gives a nice experience. The park around the hotel is beautiful.You can take a stroll of about 15 mines to the seashore where else a nice restaurant is located or take your car.
  : We had booked a luxury room with a balcony. However the sparrows had their nests above our balcony and their excrements were all over; so we cleaned some ourselves like the windows, chairs etc. This was not clean when we arrived and never cleaned during our 6 day stay.The restaurant is really expensive e.g. cappuccino 8,5 euros not to mention the wines.

  : It was extremely messy, dirty and crowded.Spa was extremely dirty with poor/almost no service. Overcrowded and super unorganized. There was no employee to attend, no one was checking if people in the Spa are actually guests. Basically anyone at any time could just walk inside without any control.Our room was stinky and bathroom was unbearable. Cafe/restaurant was terribly unorganized and messy. For a burger at lunch time, we were waiting almost 1 hour for the food to come, (even though we were the only guests there), and we had to wait for 20 mins for the staff to be back at the cashier so that we can pay! They brought excuses that they cannot charge us and put it on the room, we had to go back to the room to fetch the wallet to pay. They charged us wrongly with the drinks we’d never ordered! Then again we needed to wait 20 mins more so that they “fix” it.On the day we were checking out, we realized that for that burger which we had paid by card, they charged the room as well!! Of course when we mentioned, they updated the bill for our stay and asked for the card to “Return” the money.And guess what! Instead of “Returning” the money they “charged” us again! So now we are double charged mistakenly, making calls to the hotel to claim back our money.I’m so happy that we did not stay more than 3 nights there, it was absolute nightmare and super unpleasant.
