Disappointing

  : Fast elevator. When we complained about the overly full, hard pillows, they brought us up two that were more comfortable for us. They also changed out the sheets when I complained about oily stains and curly black hairs on the cover sheet. On our stay later that same week, we had a much better bed and the heat was not on at all. Plus the stairs going up were clean.
  : Our first room was 101. The bathroom heat was on full blast with no controls to turn it down, so we had to keep the door shut to keep the room cooler. The bed made so much noise anytime we moved that we woke each other up all night long just turning over in bed. The bathroom door squeeled so much it was impossible to not wake each other up at night. There were no hand towels or wash cloths and when I asked the cleaning lady for some, she told me to talk to the host, which told me that there were none. I also seriously disliked the system of having to check ourselves in via an app, which then had to be used to get in the room or front door after hours. We saw another guest who couldn't get it to work. We also had issues with it on the first night's stay, so they had to give us a key card. Plus the stairwell going down to the basement rooms was always filthy. Breakfast was not at all appetizing. Our second night's stay (later on during the week that was already paid for), we had a half roll of toilet paper and no spare rolls.
