  : Perfect city centre location, beautifully styled old house, spotlessly clean. Although the weather was cold, the heating was cosy (hygge indeed). Good wi-fi, which isn't always the case with older properties.
  : A kitchen bin would be useful, along with more instructions about what to do with any refuse and recycling. We did, as asked, clear all rubbish - but to a street bin, which might not be what the city authorities would prefer?

  : The apartment is good, comfortable and central.
  : There was no hot water, meaning that when I woke early in the morning, in a very cold city (it was December) I had a really unpleasant start to a long work day. Given how pernickety the company (Sanders) that is responsible for this property are, pestering me with emails prior to travel, treating guests (who are paying 150 Euros per night) as if they are criminals (do the washing, don’t make noise, don’t leave trash, or we will fine you), it is an absolute disgrace. I would sue them for being unable to provide on basic services that people would expect, but in their defence they don’t actually mention the provision of hot water on the website. There is also a late check-in (4pm) and early check-out (11am). I notice on booking.com they are asked the question, ‘Hai do you have an elevator’ and they responded ‘Thank you for your question. Public parking is available across Copenhagen. In most of the city you will have to pay to park and in some areas comply with restrictions.’ They need to learn to respect people more.

  : Amazing location in central Copenhagen. Really lovely apartment with lots of space- much more than you would get for the price of a hotel room. Just off the main shopping street and walkable distance to everything you'd want to see in a long weekend in the city. Nice quiet square too which you overlook from the living area of the apartment.
  : The cleanliness could have been better; the kitchen work surface and table were quite dusty, and the cups/mugs needed washing before we used them. Also, the shower pressure & temperature control could have been better but that wasn't a huge deal. It would have been nice to have a guidebook in the apartment with local recommendations for Copenhagen.

  : Location was great and everhthinh was so modern and comfortable.
  : There were 2 single duvet on the king size bed instead of 1 king size duvet. Little awkward and made it a bit uncomfortable for us to sleep. However that’s the only fault. Everything else was great.
