  : Central location and large apartment. Stovetop, oven and washing machine worked well, after finding out how they worked (no manuals). More than enough towels for everyone.
  : Lots of technical issues, few electrical outlets kitchen cabinets that didn't close, very few working lights, broken ventilators. Not everything was clean. Little kitchen equipment, eg no spatulas. Apartment is on the 5th floor in a building without elevator. Didn't really get a useful response from rental company.

  : Good location and size of apartment was good.
  : Multiple problems with electricial appliances and sockets - this included oven and stove which was faulty.The apartment didnt have basic essentials which would have improved overall experience (coffee, toilet paper!!)A lot of stairs to get up, not ideal for suitcases.1 bathroom for everyone.something we didnt consider before arrival.

  : The location of the building itself within the city was absolutely perfect, could not be more central if they tried to build the city around the building, so that part was good.
  : Starting off by climbing 110+ stairs/steps at approx 3am...to get to the top floor of the building(there is NO elevator!) arriving to be met with a lock that will not unlock, despite trying the provided code over and over again. That was NOT a good start! MULTIPLE tries for over 30 mins to unlock end enter, still no success. Calling/texting management was absolutely useless, no answer and no response at all to multiple texts and voicemails.Calling"Booking.coms" cust. "service" which after a very long hold answered, but it was equally as fruitless with a "you have to wait another 30mins, then we will call you back", as their "solution" to the problem (the Booking.com operator never actually called back, despite repeatedly promising that she would do so, so much for that)We were finally able to get the lock to open on our own...but after having spent more than an hour standing in the hallway trying! Extremely poor customer "service" by the property owners and "Booking.com"!Once inside, another surprise...heads up, this apartment is NOT clean!! Grimy floors, sticky bathroom and kitchen surfaces as well as a very smelly fridge, is an instant turn off! All the doors in the place look like they need a fresh layer of paint to cover the unsightly yellow/brown stains.The images in the description of the property DO NOT PROPERLY REFLECT THE STATE OF THESE PREMISES!3 rooms are setup as "bedrooms", however only 2 of those can be called actual bedrooms, with a bed in each and so forth. The 3'rd so called "bedroom" consists only of a mattress thrown on the floor and pushed into the corner, in a very small, cramped and smelly room with a slanted roof and practically no functional floor space contributing to a very cramped and afterthought as a "bedroom" feeling of that space."The view", is NOT as claimed in the description, "VERY!

  : Location is brilliant close to the town. Plenty of rooms and spacious living and dining area.
  : 5th floor no lift not ideal with kids and prams, oven didnt work, bathroom could do with something dividing the shower area and the toilet so the whole bathroom doesnt get wet.

  : We're really disappointed. Outside was 5 degrees and at home it was freezing. Only one of the heaters in the living room worked, but it didn't heat much:- in Kitchen, there wasn't enough cutlery;- there were no kitchen towels;- the bathroom without heater and was freezing;- the water in the shower had no pressure;- the smallest badroom near the kitchen had no blackout and no heater;- in the other badroom do not have blackouts, were broken;- the windows were very dirty in all of the apartment.Our stay was very uncomfortable. We asked to the team to solve the problems refere to the heating, and they didnt do nothing to help us. We dont recommend this place for anyone.
