  : Location and staff outstanding! The free regional public transportation ticket was a pleasant surprise! Rooms were very nice.
  : WiFi could be better but it was good enough. Wouldve like to seen a few more options on the breakfast buffet. The food offerings were a basic German breakfast. Average in taste.

  : We asked for an easily accessible room, and were given a room for disabled people, which was actually more than we needed and therefore excellent! The room was spotless with a huge shower and comfortable bed. There are other facilities such as a swimming pool which we did not use. Reasonable breakfast with hot and cold options.
  : 11 car parking spaces for a hotel with several dozen rooms is not enough. We ended up having to park on the street. Dinner (at least on the Saturday night) was a set meal in buffet form, which is fine if you are hungry, but there was no option to order just a snack. The dining hall, though clean, light and airy, was a bit like a canteen rather than a restaurant, which was rather surprising given the name of the hotel.

  : I found some staff were not very welcoming and claimed they could not speak english but later in the day they did to other people. I guess my face did not fit. I requested a room with a garden view by email they claim they did not get email and would not move me so I had a crap view of other flats. I got my laundry done in house for a small fee which was well done and welcoming as I traveled on a motorcycle. Cannot comment on wifi as I did not use it as I had roming data. No staff on site after 17.00 hrs bar closed and no one explained about using key in electric lock. I thought I was locked out on first night. No one answered the mobile emergancy phone, another guest explained. Sauna and swimming pool good and free, makes up for the bad points. Vending machine for beer in this heat wave (30degC), but make sure you have coins as does not take card payment and noone there to give you change. The bar person spoke good english and was very friendly when it was open. Shops and pubs closeby, but are closed mid day and one of the 3 nights I was there the whole town closed because it was too hot in the heatwave, I thought this amusing so used vending machine.
  : Did not like some of the false staff. Did not apprieciate alleged missing email for garden view. Did not like thinking I was locked out due to no handover instructions. I expected Bar in hotel to be open longer. I expected some skellerton stafff to be on hand in hotel Vending machine should take a card payment.

  : The location is very nice and the view from the patio was quite relaxing. The room was clean. The staff was nice, but not as friendly as the other hotels we stayed at.
  : Compared to our other two hotels from this trip, it was quite expensive considering the outdated interiors. The beds were creaky and we could hear the other rooms or people in the hall. We were told breakfast started at 8 and so had to skip it unfortunately.
