  : On booking, it is said that the check-in time is at 12.But one day before they sent you a message saying that its at 13.It wasn't the most efficient check-in since it's not in the same building and the working hours of the reception are limited. But despite this, it was everything great.

  : The "hotel" is spread over two separate addresses, about 100m apart. You need a code in the main building to even get into the reception. Depending on which building your room is in (I was in the secondary building), you will need a further code to enter the other building, a further code to get into the corridor on the 5th floor (which you need to keep handy if you want to use the lavatory and then get back into your corridor). Once you have made it into the corridor, you need to locate the kitchen and find your room card in an envelope. If you then want to park your car, you have to return to the main building and...of course...enter yet another code. All this would have been only mildly annoying, but I couldn't get the shower to work at 07:30 the next morning, and the phone number for reception just went through to a message saying I was calling outside of office hours. For good measure, the room stank of smoke.
