  : The premises, place, rooms, was nice, convenient and clean. Would be for 10/10 if the check-in would have worked smoothly...
  : The reception closes at 6pm, the instructions how to proceed in such case were sent via Booking, but the key message got lost: the web links disappeared and rest did not make sense. Nevertheless, we got in conctact by phone prior the travel, and I was told how to get the key, which then worked at the arrival. However, getting to the room was then a major challage: the next instructions where to go and which part of the hotel to enter was not only misleading, but completely wrong, the room was in a completely different part of the building. We got stack outside for few dozens of minutes till we found an entrance through which we could get to the room. Moreover, there was not any working contact to the staff, even if only for the emergency situations.
