  : Beautiful views from room, only 20 minutes from cologne by taxi. A hidden gem.
  : The balconies connect to other rooms which isnt very safe. They said they are doing work on this so many that will be fixed soon! A simple divider would fix the problem. Would be nice to have a fridge in room and a way to call reception instead of having to walk down.

  : Nicely located at the Rhein, although our rooms had a view on the parking lot at the other side. Plenty of restaurants around, needed too since the hotel only serves pizza. All was clean and there were enough towels.
  : Heat in the room. It was about 26'C inside, no airco, no ventilator available. Only one chair in the room, only one bedside table so the other side needed to put the stuff on the ground. At the (expensive) breakfast the coffee (fresh brew) tasted like it was made hours ago an put on a heater to keep warm. I've never tasted worse coffee, not even in the USA. When making these remarks to the service desk the response was "we can't do anything about the weather" and the person became very unfriendly. Even a "good trip" or so was too much to say when we left.

  : The room service is nice, and the rooms are decent but it doesn't have air conditioning. The location is quite nice, but just go with another hotel, if you want to stay in this area.
  : The manager is overall rude and doesn't care about his guests at all. The first night we were staying, a family arrived at the hotel to check in and day were banging on the door for 20 minutes because there was no one there to let them in. Eventually, I got out of my room, opened the door for them, let them in, and had them call the hotel manager from my own phone and help find their room. The guy didn't even bother to wait for them to check in, I did his work for him. Also when we first came in with our car, we asked the manager if it is paid parking in the hotel. He told us it was paid, but didn't care to tell us that he was charging us for the whole days of our visit. I didn't even use the car park for the rest of our stay but still paid for the whole 7 days of parking when I was checking out.

  : Price was good for one night. Has private parking. Shops and train station nearby.
  : Unfortunately no aircon and it was very hot in the room. I booked with the option "pay at the hotel", but in the end my card was charged automatically.
