  : - Amazing apartment, with view on the lake, nice terrace, spacious bathroom at the upper floor, all amenities needed. Very functional. - Surroundings, nature, garden - very green all around. - Great swimming pools (inside, outside), and chill areas with long chairs - Very charming and pleasant harbour - Kids friendly with playgrounds, rabbits, and kid's club - Staff is very kind - All in all very relaxing
  : - Level of service did not meeting our expectations (for a 4 stars superior and for such room rate), due to the following reasons: => long queue at the lobby for check-in => check-in is at 3pm, but apartment was not ready for another 30min - had to wait and on top had to queue again to finish the check-in => food is okay => bike service not properly organised and service oriented (wrong info on bikes that can hold a baby-seat, and had to carry and bring the baby seat from Lobby to the bike on our own for ca. 300 meters - usually this is not for the guest to deal with in any hotel we've been - Too warm duvets (no lighter sheets or so available in the room) + all pillows too big and high

  : It was our second time at this resort, we do like the calming atmosphere and facilities, breakfasts are delicious, territory is big enough to spend time outside all the day long. Great lake side view!
  : Very impolite lady at the children club continuously talking they are not a kindergarten in a very irritated manner.

  : In summer it must be nice.
  : Very small noisy room; tons of screeming kids everywhere; staff not very helpful, only one restaurant open at night and they forced everybody to eat Buffet for 35 Euro or nothing. Wanted to eat a la carte but was refused...not friendly and flexible.

  : The shower in the bath was to short, and very difficult to use Quite ridiculous to pay an extra of 10 for parking
