  : Central position, quiet area, clean room, very good breakfast, comfortable bed.
  : We arrived at the dinner time and all staff was busy in taking care of the guests at the restaurant which is inside the hotel. We received a superfast but professional check-in.

  : The location of the hotel, right in the middle of the town.
  : Some things didn't workout the way we expected. I totally understand the difficulty of this current situation but all the trouble could have been avoided with some communication and a bit care for the customer. To begin, no body was available at the front desk when we arrived at 2:30pm even after confirming our time of arrival on the reservation. There was an automatic key safe but we didn't get any instructions and anyway the keys of our room were not there. We had to call them three times and wait until somebody came out to give us the key. The room fare included breakfast but it wasn't provided due to Covid regulations but that wasn't communicated or deducted from room cost. Strange thing is that hotel restaurant was able to deliver food. After speaking with the person in charge she agreed to provide some butter an marmalade, some plates and silverware at that moment this kind of solved the problem because we bought some things but after coming back to the room on the second day of our visit we found out nobody took the dirty dishes and exchanged for clean ones. I had to go into the kitchen because, again the front desk was empty and only kitchen personal was available, I explained the situation and they agreed to provide new dishes. Also, I had to ask for an extra bed even I had requested it during the reservation. At the end the only needed thing was some information before hand so you don't get some unpleasant surprises. ***Update on 25.May - Room fare adjusted to remove breakfast cost.

  : They charged me 90 instead of the announced 62. The breakfast was not free!

  : WiFi is very weak. Free parking spaces are too less, therefore we used the park house of Kaufland.Fixtures are the minimum required. Church is very near, so big sound from early in the morning. No air conditioner in the room.

  : Perfect location in the heart of Weingarten. The restaurant is pleasant; the Hirsch ragout (dinner) remains my favorite. Breakfast was a generous portion.
