  : The electric car charger was slow and expensive. It is okay for longer stays but for overnight stay the charging speed is not sufficient.

  : I was just called by the manager of the hotel, only to have him explain to me why the staff couldn't possibly be racist because amongst them are also "foreigners". He also asked me to change my review because it said that "they were racist", thus implying they all were. So just to be clear, I take back saying "they're racist", because only the people that helped us were and management couldn't be bothered to correct them or have them apologize. We arrived around 9pm after a six hour drive to find out the hotel restaurant was closed though the website said it'd be open. When we check in no one mentions a parking fee. The employee at the frontdesk didn't bother to try to speak english and another one referred to my husband as "bro" multiple times. Overall the staff was rude and dismissive to us where they were friendly and helpful to other (german) guests. When we left we were suddenly charged for parking and agaib as we ask about this we are disregarded and the woman at the desk told me to "stay blessed", which I'm pretty sure isn't common hospitality jargon. Never in the conversation with the manager did he acknowledge our experience. He just said he was sorry we felt that way, suggesting it was all in our heads. He also failed to offer to refund us and interrupted me the entire conversation to the point my husband stepped in. Also I just wanted to add we think it's ironic how you say you can't possibly be racist because the many languages your staff speaks yet none of them is anything you can call english.

  : Easily accessible from motorway. Everything was fine except the parking and charging costs.
  : WARNING: They have chargers for electric cars, but DO NOT USE THEM! They are VERY expensive and VERY slow (like an ordinary plug in a wall). The chargers are advertised in their listings in Booking.com and similar sites, but they never say they charge anything, nor do they say how slow they are. There are no signs at or near the chargers saying anything about costs either. Charging the whole night filled my battery as much as 12 minutes at the free supercharger nearby. Also, charging for parking at such a relatively remote location seems very unusual, but at least they inform about that in the listings.
