: The Staff was very friendly and the booking super easy.
: There was a spider in the bed and the room was very light in the morning because the shades were not properly darkening. The bed was super uncomfortable.

: Breakfast was very tasty and better quality than other places we'd stayed. Rooms were comfortable if a little dated. We generally found the staff very helpful and polite. The restaurant servers were pleasant. Good location to explore Tegernsee and much better value than other hotels around Tegernsee itself.
: We had a problem with our laundry: when we handed it over we were told it would be around 7 Euros and we only wanted one wash with everything in the bag. Later it turned out they'd washed items in two separate washes and charged us 14 Euros for this. This wasn't at all what we expected or wanted but we just paid it to avoid confrontation. Also, they used very intense powder/detergent so my girlfriend, who has asthma, couldn't even wear it afterwards. It was just a waste of money and meant we had to rewash the clothes anyway. This is the key reason why I can't rate this hotel more highly because otherwise I really wanted to give it 9 or even 10.

: Pleasant hotel in good location for Munich via train from Holzkirchen and for a tour of the Bavaria Alps.
: Room was exceedingly warm with no way to get it cooler. Fans were provided but the room was still very warm.
