  : The bed was quite comfortable
  : Its old fashioned, the TV was very difficult to turn on as it was some how linked to some awful light switch system by the bed, the decor was old fashioned, the ventilation didnt work properly, no kettle, or iron in the room. Its advertised as a spa hotel but they dont have a spa, they dont even have a pool or any affiliation with the near by spar, there was no hotel bar, the restaurant closed at 19:45, they recommended I go to the Irish bar near by but I saw the microwaved captain igloo fish and chips they served and it didnt look edible. It was difficult to find the entrance from the car park, the lifts were slow, lack of automatic doors and the doors were heavy. Generally very poor and I could have got more service for less money.

  : For the price, the facilities seemed to bare basic. But rooms were quite large
  : Staff were not very helpful , the reception was argumentative, wifi was very unstable, TV were just normal TVs - not smart TV. The room did have a small refreshment, but the refrigerator was quite warm (did not function). AC was too slow to work - I had to open the windows to get the room cooled down (even during fall). So overall very bad exprience - I wont book this hotel again

  : Check in /Check out very fast and efficient.....large room with a large comfortable bed and a big bathroom....parking is conveniently nearby for 16 euros per day....there is a patrol station nearby with a small shop
  : No elevator from the garage to the reception....the elevator from the reception to the rooms took forever (one was broken so everyone used the one that was working).

  : There was no phone extension in the room to call reception or room service in 17 floor hotel which is basics and missing . No toiletries or coffee in room with water kettle and coffee sachets. Every time you need something you need to come down 17 floors and ask at reception which was very annoying.
