  : If they dont want to accept dogs they should write no dogs. They were very worried my dogs will do damage to their property, it made me feel not welcome there but cancelling was not a possibility. My dogs are used to travelling a lot and after a long day i was looking for a place to just sleep.

  : I regret to say that our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. While the room itself was clean, several factors left a bitter taste in our mouths. Firstly, the room was situated on the 5th floor, and there was no elevator available. This inconvenience was not mentioned during the booking process, and the owner was unapologetic when confronted about it. In fact, when discussing the issue with the receptionist, who was unaware that we understood German, the owner displayed a shocking lack of professionalism by expressing utter disregard for our concerns. Adding to the dishonesty, the owner initially claimed that the entire hotel was fully booked and unable to accommodate a room change. However, later, when pressed, they suggested that we could pay extra if we wanted to change rooms. Despite this suggestion, we declined the offer as the rooms available were on two different levels, further inconveniencing us. Furthermore, despite the booking indicating that the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, it was ineffective due to being set to heat mode. Despite the warm weather in Stuttgart at the time of our stay, reaching around 27C, the air conditioner remained unusable. Overall, the lack of transparency regarding the room location, coupled with the owner's disrespectful behavior and inadequate amenities, made our stay at this hotel highly unpleasant. We would not recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and accommodating experience.
