  : Convenient location and value for money were key selling points. The bed was very comfortable and the coffee shop downstairs was a welcome pick me up in the morning. Parking too was very easy as theres a big car park right outside the front door servicing the train station
  : The noise of the trains is pretty constant but thats to be expected given its location overlooking the platform.

  : Leaving the hotel. Also, the night porter who found us on his break and helped us.
  : We were supposed to receive an e-mail with a code for the hotel door - we did not receive this. Fortunately, a night porter on his break spotted us and helped us check-in and access the hotel and our room. Without him, we wouldn't have been able to get in. Upon entering the room, it was clear that the room had not been prepared for us. The bedding from the last visitors had been left and there were pubic hairs and crumbs in the bed. There were no towels in the bathroom and the remains of the previous visitors' soap bars were on the sink and in the shower. The floors had not been cleaned and nor had the furniture. The least you expect from a hotel room is a cleanliness. We just wanted a good night's sleep after a long day travelling and a shower in the morning before continuing our journey. We got neither and had to sleep fully clothed in a dirty bed and had no shower. We were given an phone number to WhatsApp in case of emergency - I messaged them at 23.13 and received a reply at 03.29 saying "we are not available right now, but we will get back to you as soon as possible". There was no further message. Upon leaving, I paid the Tourism Tax at the adjacent coffee shop as requested. I advised the coffee shop staff of our bad experience and they messaged hotel staff to advise them of my complaint. I've heard nothing since. I wasn't expecting luxury - just a clean bed and a shower. However, this was, without doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

  : Bed was comfortable and clean. Good location to get to the conference center with bus.
  : Room is more outdated than what you see in the pictures. Lamps were missing shades. Some tiles missing on the floor. Shower drain had hairs in it so it was not properly cleaned and it flooded when I turned the water on, and also there were some dust here and there.
