Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : The staff was awesome. Breakfast (a la carte during Corona) was outstanding. Beautiful terrace overlooking the lake.
  : Room was very clean but only average in size and not quite up to the price. Hallways in the hotel look a bit like a government building. You get a sense that it is also a seniors residence (in the attached building). It is located on the main road and thus there is a bit of traffic noise during breakfast (but the view fully compensates for that! )

  : This is a residence for rich, elderly people. So across the roon across the hall could be someone that's living there. Spotty internet. Did NOT work in our room. Ceilings low and you could hurt yourself if getting up to use the bathroom in the dark. Private Beach was in the grass and full of senior Citizens ... some with walkers. We are 50 and were uncomfortable.

  : Beautiful location with its own lake access. Receptionist at the checkin was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have a well-equipped small kitchen. The upgrade to lake view rooms is worth it.
  : The hotel seems to be part of a senior living residence and the staff is more focussed on their senior residences than the hotel guests. To get to the private lake access you have to walk through the restaurant and take an elevator with your access card. On our way there, some waiters from the restaurant were shouting after us through half of the restaurant what we were doing there and one was even running after us. Probably they thought that we were not staying at the hotel. Although I understand the need for checking, this should not be done in such an extremely rude and unprofessional way. We certainly did not feel like valued guests afterwards. Such a missed opportunity at this beautiful location. Additionally, I was not a big fan of the plastic sheets on the bed.

  : Stunning location, kindest most helpful staff, great food. Very homely and welcoming.
  : No laundry facilities for miles! I didn't find out about one at Weilheim for days, and went all the way to Munich to get my clothes washed.
