Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Towels and/or bed linen are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 20 per person. This linen package consists of 2 large towels, a small hand towel, a bath mat per bathroom and 2 dish cloths, and must be requested at the time of making your booking. Alternatively you must bring your own.

Utility costs are not included in the rate and will be charged separately according to your usage at a rate of EUR 5 per cubic metre of water, EUR 0.30 per kilowatt hour of electricity and EUR 0.10 per kilowatt hour of gas.
