  : I stayed in one of the cottages behind the main hotel building and this was very nice, they were cozy and nice. The room was spacious enough.
  : I stayed in one of the cottages on the back of the main hotel building which was very nice, however my only feedback is that they did not seem to be very well protected against movements and sound. Guests around were entering and leaving their cottages closing the doors very hard which made mine feel the movement quite reasonably. I could also hear in several occasions what people were discussing in the cottages around mine. Other than this, very satisfied .

  : First of all ,the room they provided was completely different then I picked on booking also someone was there checked in already before we arrived,at 11 pm we had to sorted this ,on arrival we are waited 15 minutes for staff at checking and next morning to find out that they have right information about our stay as I got message that we are just about to check out ,but we had one more night

  : Good location if youre taking the ferry since its very close! And decent breakfast
  : BE CAREFUL Because if you arrive at night past 21pm there is no staff.. AND NO EMERGENCY NUMBER to call! I arrived at midnight and had a really hard time finding my cottage because the room number was written wiredly and made no sense, I asked a few other people who also was arriving at that time and no one could understand. Furthermore I met guy who had locked himself out of his room with no phone or anything. We tried to help him and obviously wanted to call some kind of emergency number so that maybe some staff could come if situations like this occur. THERE WAS NO NUMBER TO CALL. this meant that this poor guy had to sleep/stay in the hallway with no phone and he couldnt even go sleep in his car because all of his stuff was locked in the room that he had payed for. He also had no chance to maybe call another hotel and book that for the night because his phone also was locked in. This is SUCH POOR service and very dangerous since many different scenarios couldve happened for example a door not being able to lock that wouldve meant you would just have to sleep with the door open because there is no one to call if you have troubles. This is insane and dangerous and should be something they really need to take into account. Another thing is that when we arrived the room was FREEZING the heating was off and the room only became hot during the early morning hours which meant we were freezing during the night. However if you arrive before staff leaves it is actually a decent hotel.

  : Breakfast was good but not exceptional, room was clean. Restaurant served reasonably good meals, but a same prices as in much better location (e.g. Binz). Luckily, but nothing to do with the hotel itself, due to the Germany-wide 49 ticket it was possible to explore all the sites and beaches and locations of Rgen island around the hotel by bus at low cost and without need of a car .
  : Bed scarcely fitted into the room. "Balcony" was a shared terrace. Beach location although just across the(quite busy road) was great disappointment since it was a stony (quite nasty sharp stones), slippery (algae) and "dirty" (degrading small algae) place. No good for an intended morning swim. Next reasonable beach would have needed bike or car ride ( in Prora or Binz). Lietzow beach is probably no the nearest one.
