  : The hotel is nice , clean , very good breakfast and the transportation to the park by the shuttle is very convenient. The trekronasat Resturant food is amazing.
  : No iron in the room !! which i may accept and understand but when we called to ask for an iron they said they don't have iron for hotel guests and if we want our cloths to be ironed then first they have to ask the house keeping to do it for us but we have to wait till late afternoon or in the evening to have our clothes done and delivered and off-course we have to pay for it ???!!!. This pisses me off. This is a 4 stars hotel and we are in 2022 ,i cant understand why they dont have irons for guests to use in the room . One of the receptionists told me because it is dangerous !! as if the hotel guests are coming from the jungle !

  : Nothing is free I paid for tooth brushes Slippers cost money Staff is neither friendly nor helpful. We asked for a little more time for check out but they didnt allow it although we didnt get our room until 4 pm. Housekeeping is just a front and the only thing they did was making the beds, we had sand in our bed from the park ( it was obvious ) but they didnt bother to clean it. Food is not the best AT ALL

  : I loved the theme of the hotel. Its very cozy and relaxing. The breakfast room was really big and I would recommend to go at an early time for breakfast to avoid the rush. Its really good that the hotel is connected to the water park and that the parking fee was included into the price of your stay.

  : no available activity at night, especially after 7 pm. as the hotel is far away from cities
