: Easy communication, questions answered extremely quickly. The apartment had everything we needed and expected. Nothing to complain about. The location was perfect for Munich and the area.
  : Nothing to complain about.

Fair
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Size of the living room, bathroom next to bedroom
: Kitchen: equipment was poor, no basics like salt and pepper available, kitchen window was situated in front of neighbours gardenBathroom next to kitchen: had to close blinds as neighbours garden was just in frontNoise from traffic was quite abundant, terrace did not invite to relax, was lacking cosiness and noise level from traffic was quite highPoor communication with host.

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Do not stay here. A lie and a rip off. She will do ANYTHING to hold on to your deposit - I promise you. We were told in the description that there will be a dishwasher, and there wasnt one. I was alone with my husband, and we barely used any dishes, only the same few plates and 2 glasses of wine, which we all washed by hand. We payed 100 euros for cleaning for our stay (which is 6 hours of cleaning). Upon leaving the apartment, she took out every dish we used and said that she did not like the way it was washed, and will therefore hold on to 100 euros from our deposit. For a few plates that were WASHED even though she lied in her description about the dishwasher. She is a liar, a thief and very unpleasant to deal with.
