  : Great car park.
  : The receptionist was brilliant. However the one guy running the bar and restaurant area was one of the rudest people I have ever met. He was rude and shouted at everyone that tried to engage with him. Id guess he was under a lot of pressure as he seemed to be the only staff member in the restaurant/bar area. He spoiled our stay at the Orange Hotel.There isnt any A/C at the hotel, which was a problem in the 34 degrees heat this summer.

  : Helpful friendly staff, very good breakfast with plenty of options. Location is a short walk to the main train station.

  : Big room with 4 twin beds plus extra cot. Nearby is Kaufland supermarket. Parking for free even after check out time. The Asian Receptionist lady was very friendly.
  : No electric kettle to make coffee or tea.

  : Rooms, were clean and functional and met our needs. The kids were please that they had Netflix. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Easy to navigate there. Reception was great and the lady who served us both days was excellent.
  : Breakfast for 11 was pretty poor value. There was bread and jam but no toaster, cereal, cheese, cold meats, yoghurt but the day we were there the coffee machine was broken. The thing that we didnt know and weren't informed is that Ulm is in an green emissions zone. We were unaware of this and have only found out when we got home as a friend told us. The hotel isn't in the zone, but you can't get to the hotel from the north or return to the north by car, without going through the zone. We accessed the hotel from the dual carriageway, and didn't think that major roads were ever in green zones. The signs for this zone are small and only in German. They just say umwelt with a circle around them. As we stayed 2 weekends, we have entered the zone twice and will now probably be fined 200 It would have been useful for the hotel to let customers know that they are near a green zone. Had I known I would have bought a sticker, they are only cheap and my car is new!

  : My room was clean and spacious for one person. The bathroom was also clean.I booked my room on the evening for the same night, and was able to check in at 20:00, you can choose your check in time.I liked that there was still a person at the reception.
  : There could be a small bottle of water in the room. It's the little things that make the difference.

  : Feels like a tin box, its all very grim and uncomfortable. Pretty sure its one of the most depressing places Ive ever been. Also no airconditioning so in the summer definitely not fun.

  : Nice facilities, very friendly stuff. The receptionist agreed to wait half an hour longer to check us in .
  : No check-in flexibility. When we tried to ask to arrive a bit later, we were told we would have to send our credit card information via email, which worried us because we were not provided with a safe link with a third party provider.
