  : We had booked an apartment and sad in order for us to avail the spa area we need to pay extra. I thought it was included in the booking.

  : Breakfast was good, for German standards (don't expect sausages, beans, or pancakes). We had dinner twice in the excellent restaurant which had efficient and friendly service and good pricing. The garden of the restaurant is very interesting and we loved watching the ducks and the rooster. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with a lot of hiking trails. Don't miss visiting the castle ruins on the Nerother Kopf, just a couple of km from there. Free parking on the premises.
  : The room was a bit small. Noise from the street was sometimes annoying and even more annoying was the loud church bells ringing just across from our room at 7.00 every morning! (Not much you can do about that in a catholic area, I suppose..). The location is in a little village so there is no other choice of restaurant without driving 8 km.
