: People were nice. Quiet. Very helpful staff. Helped us to print our boarding passes
: Mosquitos. Both my partner and I got bitten. I got 8 bites on my arms.

: Most of the staff are particularly helpful and very professional.
: No one was at front desk during Chek out at around 11:30AM. Food at restaurant can improve in quality. Some items like the ribeye are overpriced for the quality of the meat. Definitely need to improve on desserts, quality needs to drastically improve and prices should reflect the quality.

: The location was suitable for our needs being just a short walk to Nordlingen centre. We only had a one night stay and a drink in the evening
: There was nothing that gave us any problems. There were some building works happening across the road but that didn't bother us.

: A modern building just outside Nordlingen centre. A spacious minimalist room with wooden fittings. Very helpful at reception. We thought there would be a fridge and they provided one when asked. It was a little noisy though! There are Juliet balconies so you can keep the door open for fresh air securely and despite current roadworks it is literally 5 minutes from the old centre. Comfy beds, a good shower and plenty hot water as well as an electric kettle. Plenty free parking (but Nordlingen has free parking outside the walls anyway). Table and a chair (and a bench). There were some nice sunny spots to sit outside the hotel. They offer you a free beer etc for not having your room cleaned quite a good swap!
: Clever lighting but not quite bright enough for easy reading. No comfy seating. It's in a bit of an industrial area, this doesn't distract from the comfort but it's not very pretty.

Very Poor

: I had a very disturbing experience at this hotel. Two people entered my room without knocking, which was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. It felt like a serious breach of privacy and security. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their stay here. This incident showed a lack of respect and professionalism from the staff. Be cautious if you value your privacy and safety.
