  : The room was very spacious and had a small balcony. What I liked most was the breakfast because of the variety of products (plant basedc milk included) and the offer to have eggs cooked on the spot. Checkin was easy. The location is also great, next to the main shopping street.
  : One of the beds was broken and repaired poorly. I hope they will replace it.

Disappointing

  : Good location, very close to the pedestrian area with restaurants. Very clean room with plenty of space. Very good breakfast.
  : I had ordered a room with the "bathroom" inside the bedroom, but I did not expect that this would work so badly for me: I had ventilation challenges after using the shower or the toilet. (There is a shared toilet in the staircase.) The noise insulation seems to be only against noise from outside the house; I heard neighbors talking and showering, even vibration from phones, and woke several times from steps on the wooden stairs (no carpet on the steps). The bedside table in my room only fit at the foot end, which I found a little inconvenient. The main disappointment for me was that the slatted bed base was damaged, leading almost to a "hole" feeling near the hip. And when I told the staff when checking out (I only noticed at bedtime), mentioning that I did not sleep very well, the only comment was "I'll tell the boss". Not a single word of apology. Not within a week after the stay either. And no deduction offered, not even a symbolic one.

  : The room overall was comfortable. The shower was good. The balcony was great. The location was perfect. Breakfast was better than in most places with freshly cooked eggs.
  : I didn't get the feeling that international guests are welcome here. The information I had said that somebody would be at reception from 11:00 am to 6 pm. I arrived at 4 in the afternoon and found an envelope with my name on it in a slot next to the door. It had my key card and a letter, in German, which I don't understand. Another guest helped me find my room. I have traveled all over the world. I have checked in using sign language. No problem. I can communicate if there is a person there when they say they will be. But a letter in a language not widely spoken worldwide? No. Also, the only channels blocked on the TV were the international stations. And the mattress on the bed was low quality.

  : nice appartment room, with one bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet place.

  : Breakfast tasted good. It was relatively affordable. There was parking. Room was large.
  : Arrived at 7pm to a note outside the building, telling us the front desk was gone for the day. No idea where our room was or even which entrance to use. The room number on the key was different than our reservation, which was confusing. The room itself was fine. Went to breakfast in the morning, and staff seemed irritated we were there, perhaps because we were the only Americans? No greeting, no inquiries as to our check in or if all was well. Husband got a talking to for using a mug intended for tea for his coffee, and for trying to make his own coffee. Lots of choices for breakfast, but also lots of flies around.
