  : Very clean, nice people, very quiet. Beds are good, with two types of pillows. Location is rather good thanks to tram 12/28 (same line, changing id in the middle). 15 min to reach Karlplatz. No fridge in the rooms we selected. Tiny room, but the lounge on the ground level is the good place to finish the day, better than in room. Breakfast is more than ok. If judged too expensive or you want a lighter one, a bakery is at 10 meters from motel.(an expresso coffee + brezel would cost you only 4 euros). Also a small supermarket is near the bakery, quite convenient, if you want to buy few things for the day.
  : Room are a bit too small, especially lacking of tablets for organising/ storing clothes. But, still not a really bad point, since lounge is enjoyable, and is a better place to be before sleeping.

  : Fair price, beautiful and well-designed room. It was clean when I arrived and was cleaned on a daily basis. The staff was friendly as well, I checked-in and -out smoothly.
  : Breakfast was not available when I booked. Also, I wish there was draft beer and more food options in the bar. If you want to get something from a supermarket in the evening, everything is closed at 8 PM (but it's common in Munich).Regarding the room, I'd prefer to have a bigger table and a proper chair (if you plan to spend a long time working from the room, it might be not so comfortable).But these are just suggestions, nothing critical.
