  : Well equipped and good location
  : Our flight landed in Munich around 7am and we were at the property by 10. Though Fadi didnt pick up the call for an early checkin but the cleaning ladies found us and they were too kind. They let us spend a few hours in an apartment that was in the same building but on a different floor that was just checked-out till our apartment was ready. This apartment was spacious and beautiful. Had we known earlier that this was an option we would have definitely booked it. We later checked-in into our apartment which was too cramped for the 3 of us as we had a lot of luggage and the sofa bed was tiny as well. But, overall a very well equipped apartment with a washing machine, metro & tram connectivity, supermarkets (relatively more expensive than hypermarkets), close proximity to various attractions and a jet spray in the washroom. The building also has a lift.

  : Very dark entry and in alley. Need a few hours notification. We showed up not knowing what to do or who to contact. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

  : It was a big house.
  : Not clean at all. Inside the pillow and blanket covers were very dirty, smelly and yellow! The whole apartment has a bad smell!

  : the apartment is complete of everything, although it is very small but overall functional if you plan to stay few days in munich.
  : the kitchen cutleries, plates, pan/pots were not properly cleaned

  : General lack of maintenance. Main showerhead held onto ceiling with string - didn't work. Light fittings not working or globes & cables hanging out. Kitchen cupboard hinges needed screwing back on to be able to use crockery cupboard. Clean linen smelt of cigarettes.

  : very good location. The host was very attentive. All problems were solved very quickly. All necessary things for living were on the place.
  : The double bed was too small for 2 people.

  : The sheets needed to be updated. There was a smell of smoke. There were no hand towels or rug for the bathroom. When showering, the entire bathroom floor flooded. Also, the shower didnt get hot and you had to used the sink shower head.
