  : Staff were very attentive. Room was large and clean. Short bus/ tram ride into the city. Breakfast was available as an additional cost and this was great value with so much on offer. It was very hot, fans were provided.

  : We loved that there was a family room. Those are pretty tricky to find where we are from and this was perfect.
  : The fan was a little broken so it was loud. As it was July it was necessary.

  : The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was beautiful and very close to nature.
  : The rooms needed more. There was no kettle, cups, mugs or any utensils. This is definitely needed - especially when staying in a more remote location. Also the reception was outside the hotel in a different hotel, and there was no phone to call reception, so you had to walk outside 200m down the road to use reception services - which is very inconvenient if you require help during the night. The location is also far from the city.

  : The room was comfortable enough. We didn't expect too much for the price and our expectations were met. Reception staff were lovely and tried to assist us after our room was robbed but always deferred to management, who were apparently never on site when we were, and never attempted to contact us.
  : Credit cards were skimmed in our room, we believe by the cleaner/s. The cards had not been used elsewhere and this was the only possible option as we returned to find our room clean but the credit cards had clearly been tampered with. Nothing else was touched. We found out when the bank messaged about a few strange attempted transactions, while we were in the middle of a full day trip. An initial large transaction was allowed to go through by the bank and we are still fighting them for a refund. This destroyed our day and the rest of our stay as we were constantly trying to contact the bank in our home country while on trips. Management did not and STILL have not (6 weeks later) contacted us about this. We were only there for 4 nights, with full day trips already booked every day, so it was difficult timewise to take this to the police, but we would have expected Management to at least contact us considering it occurred in THEIR hotel.

  : Beautiful older style hotel. Beautiful view. Easily accessible to public transit.
  : Our room did not appear to be cleaned prior to our arrival. But overall it did not ruin our stay. Housekeeping came first thing in the morning.

  : Location was great. Convenience of parking was great. Room was fun with an upstairs/downstairs. The real beds were comfortable (the sofa bed was falling apart and miserable to sleep on).
  : The shower could have used a good cleaning with some Clorox. The bottom of the sofa especially was super moldy. The pull out sofa bed was falling apart literally. Missing one of the brackets on the bottom so the mattress was V shaped to sleep on with part of it on the floor. When taking the sheets off the seams were even ripped on the cushions. Certainly theres a budget to replace broken beds?
