  : Friendly, helpful staff. Decent food. Room was spotless.
  : Our reservation had been changed from the Hotel Regent as it was currently closed. Despite making and paying for this reservation more than 6 months ago, the hotel receptionist advised that the rooms had not been paid for. This led to an unnecessary wait for my friends and I whilst the issue was resolved, which was only done when I provided evidence of payment via bank transfer. This was completely avoidable, and despite the receptionist saying this error would be escalated to management, I heard nothing further.

  : This was rated as a 4 star property and the pictures looked good, it was far from that , its very old and the rooms we were given smelt like mould , the new room wasnt much better but didnt smell , would not recommend to anyone who likes to feel clean while they sleep and shower

  : Good sized room, comfy bed and value for money for an overnight stay. Parking under hotel appreciated (18 - bit expensive!)
  : Perhaps was once a 4* hotel in the past, but would not be considered so in this day and age. Mould/damp spots on bathroom ceiling, bathroom suite and door could do with an upgrade. One main window had duck tape around the frame as an attempt to seal it, the other window did not seal correctly and therefore traffic noise was very abrupt. Was not great for catching an early morning flight as traffic stopped close to midnight and we were constantly woken up by car horns and tram rings. These things should be basic health and safety corrections. We paid a basic rate, and accepted the room wouldnt be anything special, just did not expect the traffic noise to be so loud.
