  : This is not 4 stars hotel - it is maximum 2. This the worst hotel I have ever visited. The first problem started when we arrived, we booked 2 rooms with dinner included. When we asked, where we can have dinner, they were surprised and told us that we can have some snacks at bar. When visiting bar we asked what is available for dinner for us, the answer was - they don't have any information about this. So we had to went back to reception and show booking.com reservation, only after long explanation we were allowed to have snacks in bar. It is total nonsense. When asked to have to launch boxes, because we need to leave at 6 a.m every morning, for the first 1st day it was good for 4 persons. On second day we got only 1 juice and 2 breads - are you seriously thinking that is enough for 4 persons? In each room we hade only 1 normal towel, so again, had to go to reception to get extra. When we ordered a parking, nobody has gave a clear instructions how to use it. On next day, after leaving a car for a night, we had to go again to reception to get one time ticket to get out of parking. Hotel personnel don't understand English well, saw myself that guy at the bar repeated 3 times his order on perfect British English to get it correctly. Also if you leave a small bag to not clean your room, there was stated the you will get small gift from hotel - it was empty for both rooms - what a SCAM. I hope that this review will reach managers from this hotel. Me personally - I am crossing out this hotel network.

  : 1. Day 1: After parking in the underground parking lot, we rang the doorbell to go upstairs to check in. No one answered after we rang three times. We had to drag our suitcases around the whole building to check in.2. Day 1: We booked a double room for 2 persons, but only one set of bath towels was provided.3. Day 2: When we came back on the second night of our stay, the room was still not cleaned. I actually hung the card at the door asking for room cleaning all day. I called the reception to inform them, and the reception simply said that they might have forgotten to clean the room. There was no apology, and they didn't even ask us if we needed new bottle of water or clean bath towels.4. Day3: When we returned to the room at 3 pm on the third day of our stay, it was still not cleaned after two days. I had to call reception again, and finally someone came to clean it. However, once again, only one set of clean bath towels was replaced.

  : The hotel in general is clean and modern. The staff is kind. The location is relatively good. You can walk to the city center in about 35-45 minutes or get there by car in about 12-20 minutes. Also there is a large grocery store nearby and a few good restaurants.The hotel has parking (20e / night), but access to it is somewhat complicated (-2 level and two barriers that require card validation).
  : Our 6th floor room's window was pointing right to the gym at the same 6th floor across the narrow street. Because of that curtains were closed permanently of course, otherwise it's just too uncomfortable.There was no cleaning after the first night. Two times after cleaning one towel was missing (two persons room), and if you notice it quite late, you go to the reception by yourself, even if you are already changed for the night. A little spoon was missing one time too.Absence of a refrigerator at that price (>150e / night) feels a little bit confusing as well.

  : Clean and big room, super comfy bed, nice bathroom, although it was a bit smelly. Some of the staff were friendly,
  : During my check-in, hotel staff wanted me to pay and I said I already paid via Booking and then they said I have to pay a deposit. So I did, I wanted to finally go to my room and I didn’t know how much it will be. I thought they would just scan my card and that was it, but I was charged 49 €, which is high and quit unusual amount to pay as a deposit. The receptionist's English was not very good.. During check-out I had to scan my card again which was weird and again I said I already paid for the hotel but they started talking in German then another lady started talking to me in Polish or something so I understood only some bits. So I taped the card, I thought it was for deposit refund, but when I left and checked my bank account, I realized I paid the full price of my stay and the deposit + I had previously paid for hotel via Booking. My problem was solved by Booking Customer Service but it took ages, hotel sent me the money after 5 days and I had to contact Customer service again because hotel did not send me deposit back. It took like 10 days at the end. I did not expect such shady tricks from such a big company as Holiday Inn is. Be careful and try to show that you paid for your stay online.

  : Breakfast was excellent, service from front desk very efficient, recommend this hotel, close to tram stop for the city.
  : Rooms were quite small otherwise ok I am sure there are bigger rooms available if u are willing to pay the extra. We were on a prebooked tour.
