  : We booked 2 double rooms by booking.com. On booking.com checkin is between 18.00 and 19.00. We arrived there at 18.15. They gave us one single room and one apartment with a bedroom and kitchen and they said these rooms are the last rooms. We were 2 women and 2 small babies and due that we booked 2 seperated double rooms. It was impossible to stay in single room with a baby. When we mentioned that this room is not the same with the pictures and it is too small they said pictures are only for sample. When we insisted to give the rooms which we booked they said they will not gave us any room if one of the families will not accept to stay in single room. The time was 18.30 and they knew very well that it is not possible to find a new place after that time. We were 2 women with 2 babies and they were too rude and it was difficult to communicate with English.None of the rooms were in main building which we saw in the pictures. Single room was another building near main building and other was on another street. We walked under the rain to arrivethe other room. It was terrible with babies and strollers.One more disadvantage is, you must pay with cash. We offered dolar and they also not accepted it. One us went to town for bank by the hotel owners car then we could pay the cost Breakfast was so simple. Only hot eggs were good.

  : We had booked two nights and uses only one.I send mail in advance to canal one or both nights. I got very late answer and ended up staying one night paying for two without breakfast the last day. I would have liked the discount better than this.
