  : Good breakfast, great music during the breakfast, wonderful staff, good/central location, spacious room- after they changed it for us at our personal request, due to the very small and uncomfortable third "bed" in the superior triple room that we booked at first for 3 adults (it was not a sofa bed, as was pointed out in the description, but like a folding armchair). Simply that was not a room for 3 persons, no matter what it's called.The other 2 beds in both rooms were normal and comfy.Also, they gave us an extended check out, until 2pm, without any problems, which is great when you have a late flight.
  : The hotel needs a serious renovation, a deep cleaning, and a few other details, because at the moment it does not correspond to a 4-star hotel!Poor Wi-Fi, as almost everywhere in Germany.The 3rd bed in the first room was too small for an adult person and uncomfortable, and in the second upgraded room was broken and squeaked loudly. The handyman "repaired" it the next day, but we lost 2 nights of a normal sleep.Even though they said they would refund us for 2 nights due to bad conditions, they never did, nor did they mention it at our check out.We gave them a rating of 7 only because of the breakfast, late check out, and friendly staff.

  : Seemed to be very few staff around in the evenings. Had an issue with my key and had to wait around 10 minutes at reception before someone turned up.

  : It was too hot inside..The AC system wasn't working and they didn't fix it even after we mentioned it.The room service didn't show up to clean our room.

  : Rooms are a bit old and the rooms facing the main street can be a bit noisy due to construction going on around
