  : Location was good.
  : We checked in on 16th June 2024 evening time. Hotel made both myself and my colleague room double booking.I noticed that the room door was open while I was entering the room and my colleague saw someone`s baggage on the floor when he opened the room door. We immediately ran to the front desk and was told to wait while the staff lady went upstairs to check the rooms. After 10mins, while she was returning to the front desk, she didn`t even see us and just ignored. I walk to the desk and ask what has happened? She replied `how can I help you? `.I was about to get annoyed and replied `what do you mean by that? We`ve been waiting here since then.`.She said, ` Oh, I thought you have received the new room key card`.I was so frustrated about the staff not making any apologies and pretending that she was not aware of the whole event going on.The other male staff standing next her made the gesture like he also cannot take care of the matter.Other happening was, when I was checking in for the breakfast, the old staff lady asked me whether someone from the same room already checked in for the breakfast. At first, I couldn`t hear what she has said so I asked her to repeat the same.Then she sighed as though she is tired and amazed that I was not able hear her language.Overall, the quality of the staff service was so much poor and even I felt humiliated.

  : Very clean room. Very quite after hours; able to get a good nights sleep. Helpful staff. Great location near the river and city. Able to easily walk to just about any place we wanted. Good/secure parking
  : The bathroom could use a blower. However, this was not a big issue for us. Mattress could have been a little softer but that was a minor issue.
