  : The reception staff were helpful and the location, right on a bus stop and within a 10 minute walk to the main square was convenient for us. We were pleased to have been given a room at the back which was quiet if the windows were shut.
  : Some of the carpets in communal areas, particularly the corridors were filthy and needed replacing. The carpet in our room was also grubby and there were stains on the chair; not nice. The bedding was clean initially but we had to ask for it to be changed after 5 days! There was one very small bar in the lobby, but otherwise no communal spaces. Food frequently ran out at breakfast and when we asked for something basic eg yoghurt, or bacon or bread, we were told that there isnt any, which was very disappointing as we had paid for breakfast. Also, the staff member in the restaurant was not at all responsive. She constantly cleared up around us whilst we were eating and did not smile once during our 10 day stay.
