  : I had to practice my German as the man at the reception really couldnt speak English or just pretended) After a long discussion we got back the difference in money - we paid for a double room but had to stay in a single room. And we got a bonus- the receptionist gave us a lift to the concert hall for free!
  : We booked and paid for a double room but were sent to a small smoked single room. The receptionist tried to persuade me that the offered room was for two persons but at least admitted his mistake. We had to wait while another single room was being cleaned but finally the floor was dirty, the sheets were aged.

  : The owners are very nice and will help with all your needs. They also have a loundry service, but it's 5 euro extra. The put me an extra pillow without asking them.
  : The bed it's not comfy, too soft cushion and the sheets were like old. The wifi didn't worked (I was in the second floor)
