  : The bathroom stank to the high heaven! I asked the staff to clean it but they are eco friendly and apparently use no products that may affect the en environment ! Use Soda and vinegar, but make sure the bathroom doesn’t stink!!!

  : The location is perfect as it's next to the main train station. The wifi was good although you can only have a couple of devices join and the staff aren't too keen on helping you.
  : At check in we weren't advised that the air con in the whole building was broken. When we enquired at reception about the air con they told us that it was broken and we should open the windows fully. Once back in our room we tried to open the window fully and see there's a sticker on there saying that to open the window fully you must contact reception! So off we go again to reception to request the window to be opened fully. There were no additional pillows in the hot small room and barely any space to move around and store our luggage. The bathroom was partitioned off with see though partially frosted glass which might not suit those who prefer a bit of privacy. The room was very dusty when we arrived and we had to wipe down most of the surfaces. We booked a room clean 24 hours ahead as per the hotels policy but our room didn't get cleaned. We then booked another room clean for the following day and as we were leaving we spotted the cleaner & mentioned we that we'd booked a clean AND we also mentioned it at reception on our way out. We arrived back to find that yet again our room hadn't been cleaned. We called reception to raise this and we were given nothing but aggression and rudeness. The person on reception then rang our room back (!!!) to berate us further and insult us so we hung up. He then rang our room AGAIN to lecture and reprimand us with NO offer to meet half way or offer any sort of solution. Absolutely shocking behaviour. In the end we never had our room cleaned and no-one even offered to sling us some clean towels or empty our bin. When we were leaving and doing our final checks that we had everything we saw that under the bed was filthy. There was a pair of eyeglasses there and some hair clips. Perhaps if they ever had a cleaner in there this would have been noticed but as it's so hard to get your room cleaned it's no wonder this was overlooked.

  : There was NO aircon in building. When we checked in we were not Verbally told that building air conditioning was not functioning. There were yellow page notices - in German- advising patrons of the problem - but we do not communicate in GermanThe 1st note I was up throughout night trying to figure out thermostat- and opening / closing window - because of road noise on street side of building In the morning we were offered room on backside of building - or a refund We didn’t want to move to new hotel for 1 night - so took backside roomStill too warm through out note with window open We were offered drink coupons (2) - but still unpleasant stay. No circulating fan offered or some kind of hallway aircon to channel cooler air into roomsSo not satisfied. What will happen when warmer weather occurs

  : Its perfect if you intend to visit Leipzig for the Wave Gothik Treffen festival - hotel is right outside the West Exit of the Leipzig Hauptbahnof. --- Much shopping, eaiting, and also some sight seeing to do within the surrounding area 30mins - 1hr on foot.
  : The pillows - the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Hotel should have in stock a variety of pillows in order to suit the orthapaedic needs for their clients. I for one couldn't sleep properly as they were just too soft.
