  : The staff are friendly. The bed was cozy and I like the little closet and working area near the window. There's a bus stop just across the street if you don't want to walk to old town. But if you do, it's about 15mins walk to Holstentor gate.Checkin and checkout were quick.
  : The bathroom was likely not cleaned. There were towels still hanging on the shower door. They were not folded so we assumed they were used. We did not use them. The trash also was not emptied; it was full. Drinking class in bathroom was also used.Turning on the aircondition caused me an allergic reaction. I had to take a Clarytine to calm it down. It may be that the air-conditioning fan is not cleaned and accumulated dust.Lastly, housekeeping came in when we weren't checked out yet. It was about 11.40 am while checkout was at 12 noon.
