  : My very first reaction when I entered was that the studio was very spartan, however, there was all you need after all. Nice breakfast and welcoming staff. Good connection to the city centre with public transport. On top, the hotel is just across Niederegger marzipan factory:-)

  : We came with work colleagues, for financial reporting for our institute we needed certified receipts with prices and our names, it was important also because the apartments were different and the price was different. On the phone, the hostess refused to give us checks, raised her voice at us, kept saying that these apartments were the cheapest in the city and we should be happy about it and not ask for invoices. After long conversations we barely managed to get at least some documents. We have no desire to use these apartments anymore. P.S. I would also like to add that the owner complained that we call her all the time, even though we only called her twice (one of them, returning her call, all this is displayed in my phone book) and after I posted this review she texted me that we were the most annoying customers because we called and asked her questions. I always thought that the hotel should answer questions from customers regarding their services, but the owner of this hotel apparently thinks differently.
