  : The hotel is located at the village nearby Cochem (5 min.). The breakfast was very good. nice staff.

  : the room was great, comfy and meet our expections. the reception support in check in and walking through the procedure of corona check.
  : The only point that we were disappointed: The kitchen had announced on the entry board till 21:00. They accepted orders till 20:30 and didnt communicate that in a clear manner. Waiting to be seated, we were at at the restaurant at 20:33, and they didnt accept our orders. Asking what to do, their first recommendation was lieferando. That doesnt work.

  : I stayed in a separate building next to the main hotel, across a small street. Parking spots were always full during my stay so I had to park my motorcycle in the bus stop.

  : The room was close the kitchen air condition and inside was oil smel. Near the bus stop.

  : The very friendly morningstaff, the very nice breakfast with local sausages. Location at the river.
  : Room with riverview was a bit dissapointing. 3/4 rooftops and 1/4 river. Bedding was a bid hard. TV noise from the next room, even they advertise extra isolation is installed.

  : Typical German buffet breakfast, but nothing special.
  : We reserved a room for 3 adults, but it wasnt appropriate for a couple and an adult child. A small child would have been OK, but our 40 yr old daughter needed to book a separate room for 3 nights. We ended up paying for a price that included 3 breakfasts and a room for 3 adults, but we were only 2 people. When we came down for breakfast one day, there was no place to sit (except one place that was marked reserved - really, a reserved spot at a designated breakfast time?) & they just stared at us until I had to be rather rude & said, Then where do we sit? The staff had to go ask a supervisor what to do. The last day, we sat talking after breakfast & found that when we went to get our baggage in the room, our keys wouldnt work and we had been shut off the internet. For the town, the location was good, but there were very few restaurants open and only 1 after 7:30 pm - all served only traditional German food. Plenty of winestubes in the area to enjoy. Would not choose to stay here again because it was not very warm or welcoming.

  : Location is gorgeous, really nice small village. You can go for lovely walks through the vineyards.
  : The hotel is very outdated, the breakfast is very basic. And the food is frozen cooking, no fresh ingredients. We had a tiny room, no mirrors, no extra plugs, and our curtains were so old the colour changed (not sure if they were originally white that turned yellow or yellow that lost it's colouring) The rooms are clean but needs renovation.
