  : Location, friendly helpful and willing staff, clean .
  : Had to really stretch across to switch on/off bed light at the wall. Minimal furniture. Feels like bedrooms need updating.Massive hand basin reduces access to shower. No non slip mat in shower.Weather was extremely hot and no air conditioning, but reception kindly gave me a fan.

  : The property is old when I arrive there a book to double room for family. I have spoken to them. If they have one room for a family, they said yes, and the price was different.120 I have paid 200 on Booking.com. They told me I will pay them in the morning and I said okay when I went in the reception in the morning they refused me to pay them direct because they have talking the payment through Booking.com 200 so they refuse to refund the difference without agree at the reception 120 which I have spoken to them, and the owner was from KOSOVA including staff, so they think theyre above the law, which is a shame which I will never go back there and I will leave another review on Google. Its not about the money is the way they have light and they treat us. Do you think they are in KOSOVA they are not.

  : Its very near to the centre and easily connected with public transport
  : Since hotel is on the roadside, there are vehicle sounds that can be heard. The arrangement by hotel was good
