Traveller Type: Business Traveler
  : The location was good, about 7mins walk to Taunusanlage station and 5mins walk to Alter Oper station. Housekeeping is only once every 3 days which is fine for sustainability reasons. I only stayed here because I was on a work trip it was close to my meetings.
  : The entire hotel and its amenities are basic. The breakfast buffet spread was minimal and alright. The room was small and basic. There was no hot water kettle (you are supposed to use the coffee machine i suppose). There was no phone in the room to call reception (to ask for extra pillows, i had to go down to reception). The shower area has a glass wall so if you are with someone else besides a partner, there is 0 privacy. The hanging cupboard space was limited, the pillows were so soft they were terrible (which is why i asked for extra pillows to stuff two together). There was one bottle of water provided on the first day, when i asked for another bottle on the second day, was told they only provide one on the first day. There was only one shampoo and body soap - the same thing was the hand soap, body soap, shampoo.

  : Fairly average business hotel; decent breakfast
  : Fire alarm at 6.45 am, no leadership from staff and little information. Need more training, and someone with managerial experience.
