  : Very clean room, ironing facilities directly in the room, varied toiletries (I appreciate that they had all separate shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc). Breakfast was wonderful and varied, though with few changes every morning. The fresh waffle maker was awesome and a treat each time. Coffee was quite good, I think it was Dallmayr. Breakfast staff is quite nice and helpful, even packing some food to go for those who could not stay for breakfast. The hotel is nice and modern, with pleasant colors and furniture. The room is quite spacious and I appreciated the workspace. Overall, I find its good value for money with the breakfast included. The hotel is quite close to the city center if you want to walk for 10-15 mins, but if not, the tram is nearby and its a few short stops to all the attractions. Bus M32 is also close by if you want to head North and see another shopping street. There is a Rewe across the street with a generous schedule (M-F open until midnight) and Saturday open until 23:30. Its huge as well so thats a bonus if you want to shop for some goods to bring home and you dont want to carry them a long way. Location is genuinely a 10/10 for us, calm, clean streets and on the other side of town from Hauptbahnhof which is not a good or safe area.
  : Staff could be nicer/more helpful. Some are great (on checkout we had a really kind lady help us store our bags and you could tell she cares about customer experience). On checkin we had a gentleman who said would give us a very nice room, despite all rooms being the same to our knowledge. And the room was facing the construction site/train station, so I wouldnt call it a very nice room. The room itself was fine, but the view and noise were not. Not sure why he felt he needed to say that. Aside from this, the hotel could afford better pillows. I genuinely have slept on better pillows at cheaper/lower-end hotels. they were just so thin you had to fold them both to get somewhat of a support for the head. No option for two double beds, only a queen bed. A little awkward for two travelers if you dont want to share a bed. I wish the image settings on the TV were available, because the brightness hurt my eyes and I could not change it. They lock those away but it is not accessibility friendly because of this. I dont even have eye problems and the brightness was too much. Please look into this and consider changing it to something a bit more suitable or let guests change it at will.
