  : Location. The stairs were very hard to handle with two heavy suitcases. No help with this problem. Just not up to the other autograph hotel standards. No big deal unlike other autograph sites. The location was good to the downtown.

  : The room space is sufficient for 2 big luggage and i like the style of fittings.The breakfast is really gorgeous, u can order some dishes and pick the food of your choice. There is a station for self-help fresh juicing and a board of honeycomb which are really good to try. Really suggest to include breakfast in your stay.
  : The main entrance has a strip of staircase before reaching the lobby. The luggages are quite heavy i think the staff at reception probably heard that, but i think u really need to seek help to really get the help.After check-in we noted that there is another way to reach hotel without staircase, i dont think any guest would know that for the first night.During the first night checkin, we were told no breakfast was included, then we missed the breakfast the next day. Later after finding out breakfast was included actually, appreciate another staff helped to arrange a room service to compensate, otherwise i would be really mad.
