  : The only good thing was the bed which was firm and comfortable.
  : The service was somewhat lacking in courtesy. I called at approximately 23:15 to inquire about the absence of anyone at the reception desk for check-in, as the Booking.com website indicated check-in was available until 00:00. The lady I spoke with on the phone didn't inform me about the option of using the self-check-in machine near the main entrance; instead, she simply stated that they were not affiliated with Booking.com and that check-in ended at 22:00.Furthermore, the room had an unpleasant odor emanating from the floor, which was quite disgusting.Lastly, in the morning, someone came to replace a rubber seal on the door but did not wait when there was no one in the room. This resulted in our towels becoming dirty as the individual entered with their shoes on.

  : We stayed in a family room with a 5 month old baby. But there was no fridge, no kettle, tea/coffee, no iron box etc. on top of it housekeeping didnt show up and only cleaned whoever we complained. The people at front desk were nice and apologetic but could never fix this. And finally one day hot water stopped working when one of us was in the shower. When turning AC to heat up it turned out to only do colder wind. It was a disaster. So cannot recommend to stay in this hotel. Choose the nearby best western which was much better when we stayed the first time.
