  : the location was quite central but not directly in the old town
  : the rooms are absolutely tiny, not small but tiny; when two people are in the room, it literally becomes claustrophobic; the bathroom is minuscule, to the extent that you cannot sit straight on the toilet without a toilet roll holder being in the way on one side and the shower CURTAIN touching your other arm. None of the staff was friendly or seemed to be professionally trained. No welcome, thank you or goodbye from the s. The waiter pointed out at 9:56 that breakfast is only served until 10am but that he’s so kind to let me in. Breakfast buffet was of the cheapest sort; no cooked food except for some almost hard soft boiled eggs. To be charged almost €300 for such a shoebox in such an amateur hotel is ridiculous. There should be a warning on Booking.com about hotels price gouging!!

  : Don’t feel welcome by the staff (middle aged gentleman). We wanted to try some special Dusseldorf drinks at the bar but he said he didn’t have. We listened to three vinyl CDs in our room and wanted to exchange to the new ones but he said they’re the same in every room.
